Counselling Services & Talking Therapies

Ashton’s Bridge of Hope Counselling service aims to offer support to children, young people and adults bereaved, injured or emotionally impacted through ‘The Conflict’, irrespective of religious, cultural or political belief.  We provide therapeutic help to those aged five years old or above who meet our funding criteria. Our two therapeutic centres are based in North Belfast. Please phone or check our website for a full range of services.

We provide talking therapies and counselling services in a warm, safe and supportive environment to individuals aged 5+.  People can experience emotional difficulties during their lives due to circumstances or events that have occurred recently or in the past. Counselling is an opportunity to work through such issues in a non-judgmental and supportive way .  All of our practitioners are fully accredited and work in accordance with ethical standards as outlined for example in the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
