Irene Sherry
Head of Health & Wellbeing
Irene set up Bridge of Hope in 2001 as a project of Ashton Community Trust to support people affected by the legacy of the conflict and to encourage better health and wellbeing. She is head of Ashton’s Health & Wellbeing department and a strong advocate and strategist in the field of mental health and suicide prevention in the city of Belfast.

Lindsay Whitten
Operations Manager
Lindsay is Operations Manager at Bridge of Hope. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of all Bridge of Hope services. She has extensive experience of working within the voluntary sector.

Mary Stanton
Training Coordinator
Mary is Training Coordinator of Bridge of Hope and manages the recruitment & delivery of all personal and professional development training including accredited VTCT courses. She is a qualified life coach and therapist.

Ellen Harmon
Finance & Administration Coordinator
Ellen is Bridge of Hope’s Finance and Administration Coordinator. She is responsible for the financial administration of the project and line management of the admin team. She is based at McSweeney Centre and has significant experience working in the community sector.

Martina Donnelly
Project Administrator
Martina is Project Administrator with Ashton’s Bridge of Hope project. She oversees activities at the McSweeney Clinic in Henry Place and is a key member of the team.

Liz White
Administrator
Liz is a key member of the Bridge of Hope administrative team and is based at our clinic in Alliance Avenue. She oversees the delivery of health and wellbeing activities at this clinic.
