The 31st December 2015 saw the culmination of over 2 years work with the closure of the SEUPB funded “Exploring the Past Together for a Better Future” project. This e-zine gives an insight into some of the many successful programmes the team at Bridge of Hope, Ashton Community Trust led during the lifetime of this project.
